day 9

not much to say. results are still good considering it is day 9 out of 14 and i touched them up a couple times.

day 8

day 8.....wasnt so good today. left hand was good, right not so much.

of course i had to fix it so see if i could get it to last til day 14 so i slapped on some more gel polish over top of it and it seemed to hold....

day 7 & new stuff

so i was at walmart...again....last night. i was in the nail polish aisle, which i hardly go in and wow they revamped it. it is totally different but was totally a mess and only half stocked. i was surprised to see that they now sell seche vite top and base coat (tops coat is STILL cheaper at sally's). but there is a ton of new nail art design things...most of which i already have to products to do but there were kits for the caviar nails, newspaper print kits, obmre kits (who needs a kit for that?!)....and the list goes on. i opted for some more nail wraps. im still in search of one that lasts as long as the box says that they do (without me tearing them off).

^yes, i know, i know...i shouldn't have bought this one. i have glitter exactly like it in my polish tote. i wasn't thinking. maybe i will return it for something else. ^

and here is the wraps an gel polish a week later, 2 reapplies of top coat. 2 reapplies of polish on the tips.

day 6

i was really trying to get this all posted in one night but hubby wanted to play call of duty and he's not allowed to play without me since he is only 3 levels ahead of me and i need to catch up to him......soooo posting all in one night didn't happen...

day 5

the pictures speak for themselves. although you cant see it but the wraps are starting to lift at the bottom by my cuticle. again, so much for 2 week wear. when i got home from running around and got done making dinner and doing dishes, i threw on another coat of the gel topcoat. and there is noticeable regrowth on my middle finger.

day four.....

wear and tear and chippage at the tip of my nails on my right hand....DUH DUH DUUUUUNNNN. wonder what is considered 2 week wear. i consider 2 week wear no chipping for 2 weeks but i guess that is wishful thinking.
